Please follow the following 4 steps:
1. Complete the "Authorization for the Scattering of Cremated Remains at Sea" form.
2. Place the cremated remains in a sealed box (original box or bag) and pack in a padded shipping box. In the outer box, include the completed authorization form, payment, and any "last notes" prayers, poems to be read at the scattering. A photo can also be included for us to visually know who we are carrying out to sea. This photo will be returned with the Certificates of Burial at Sea.
3. You can pay with any major credit card using this website, or you can include a personal check or a money order for the appropriate amount made out to: Captain Mark Hatfield, or you can call Captain Mark at 239-839-2109 and pay using a credit card.

* Why do we use a post office box? You do not have to worry that your package will ever be left unattended. We will receive a pickup slip in our box and then take it to the counter and sign for the package. It is very safe and very secure.
